She has over 10 years of experience in the field of teaching, training, and mental health. Sukhada comes with an experience of working Nationally with Pratham Education Foundation for over 9 years where she led initiatives around Girls education and 21st Century Skills/Socio-emotional Learning. Apart from Pratham, she has experience teaching and training various groups in colleges and otherwise where she has worked on themes such as positive psychology, counseling skills, and others. All her work around mental health and education has been surrounded around making interactions and change processes more participatory. She enjoys traveling, dancing, listening to music, and having a cup of Chai.
