Dr. Sonal pursued her MBBS from the prestigious Institute – PDVVPF’s Ahmednagar Medical College, Ahmednagar. Later she completed DPM Psychiatry from renowned Institute – K J Somaiya Medical College & Research Center, Mumbai. Since then she worked at various hospitals in Mumbai, Ahmednagar & Surat. She has been trained in both Primary & Advanced courses of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy from the apex Albert Ellis Institute, New York. Later she also took training in Couple Counseling from Albert Ellis Institute, New York. Being a trained professional both in Psychological Medicine and REBT Counselling she aims at bringing a holistic approach towards treating patients with mental illness. Her treatment approach includes a blend of medications and counseling.
